Composed of four (Mommy, Daddy, Sister, Brother,) the Moore family would arguably be the ideal family if not for the son who's physical disability will likely prevent him from carrying on the family name. Their house spacious and royal purple, it is immaculate and conservative in appearance despite its radical color. Their lawn is very well kept and they have a satellite dish. The Moore's own both Casey's and The Goodtimes Tavern.
The patriarch of the family, Todd Moore is a husky man commonly garbed in suit, tie, and mustache. Todd Moore is reasonably involved in the community, attending church every Sunday and is a known member of the Lion's League. He smokes cigarettes and enjoys barbecue.
Susan Moore, wife of Todd Moore, is one of the town beauties. She doesn't rest gently upon her good looks however, oh no. She's always busy busy busy! If not taking tea (thereby keeping the community together) she's often times working at one of the family stores. She smokes cigarettes and goes to church.
The eldest of the two Moore children, Gordy has a muscular disease. He can't walk and, thus, has a state of the art electric wheel-chair! He doesn't talk much, but when he does, he can be difficult to understand. Thank the lord that his younger sister is around to take care of him. He does go to school, but not with the other kids in Brody. He goes to a different school in Merton- a school for special children. He's in the sixth grade.
Brittney Moore, age 10, is in the fifth grade at Washington Davies Elementary school. Although, unlike her older brother, Brittney can make full use of her body, it seems as though she's as chained to his wheel-chair as he is. Due to parental edict, the two are inseparable, except at school: Brittney and Gordon go to different schools. Still, at recess, Brittney does not engage in jump-rope or hop-scotch with the other young girls, preferring, instead, solitary games of the imagination.
