Not much of a family when there's only one of you, is there? Aaron Grouse lives alone, no mama, no papa, no one to take care of him. Good thing Brody is something of a family. That's the nice thing about living in a small town- people know you, people'll take care of you. Ol' Aaron takes pretty good care of himself, however. His modest little house is always kept up, with a well trimmed lawn, and a spotless front walk.
It's a rarity, in these modern times, to meet a young bachelor who fears the Lord. That doesn't mean such a man doesn't exist, however. Proof positive, in fact, is right here in Brody in the body of Aaron Grouse. He's young and free, can do whatever he wants, and yet, he chooses to go to church every Sunday. Now, that's saying something.
