This large white house has been divided into four units; one upstairs, two in the middle, and one in the basement. It's lawn is well kept by its owner Gertel Hodge (see below,) although the building needs new siding.
Also known as "Coach Derben," Phil is a coach at Gordon Meany High in Dansbury. Not only is he the assistant coach of the wrestling, track, and basketball teams, he is head coach of the baseball team! Despite his young age, he does a good job. He is also single and, thus, considered to be one of Brody's most eligible bachelors ever. Phil lives in the top-most apartment.
Sharing the ground floor with the landlady, Moose works at Farewell Chemical. Not much is generally known about him as he does not attend church. He can be seen occasionally driving to the Wiley Steer. It is unknown whether or not he has a girlfriend.
Coach Mike Cherry dwells in the basement unit. He says he likes the space. He coaches the women's teams at Gordon Meany High in Dansbury. He attends church every Sunday. Like "Coach Derben," Coach Mike Cherry is single.
That Gertel Hodge is a character! She always has laughter on her lips if she doesn't have a smile on her face. She likes to wave to people and then wave them over and then engage in friendly conversation while she's out "working the yard." She also attends church.
